How do you work this goddamn thing?

Okay, so I had the spare update almost done the night before school started, so I figured I'd have time to finish it the next day and post it.  But THEN I got piles of homework.  I actually had time last night, but THEN there was a storm and I didn't want to have to risk redoing anything in case the power went out.  So this Friday afternoon came along, and I thought, "Hey!  Let's finish that update so I'll actually have posts that don't come only every two months!"  But THEN I saw that LJ pulled some bullshit on me and switched up the editor.  Which wouldn't be a problem, except that IT IS NOT WORKING.  I typed about maybe fifteen more captions and saved them successfully, but then they didn't show up!  It's a good thing that I already have everything saved on Word, but still!!!  What the hell is with this thing?!  Is anybody else having the same problem?  DX

Hey there. Hm? Which editor? the one you post through your journal? Ahh...I dunno. I haven't updated in about a week, but when I did last, it was ok. :/ Hmm...I'll keep an eye out though ok?

Yeah, it's the thing you use to post or modify an entry. I think they literally just changed it last night, so maybe there are still some bugs to work out or something. It's still annoying though! >=| And thanks! I hope I'm not the only one who's having a hard time using it...

Ohhhhhh yes, it's definitely driving me nuts already! DX I spoiled myself last year with easy classes, so now I've gotta get used to having homework every night again... But I'll get used to it in a month or so. Hopefully, lol. And thanks for asking! ^_^ <3

Yep, I saw it myself and holy crap ~.~;;; when will LJ stop surprising us all the time. I mean heck,it's enough notifications aren't working - well on my cell phone anyway; my email's getting them fine. Whatever :p Technology sucks sometimes LOL XD

Yap, it happened to me two or three times, so annoying! But I always copy everything in HTML editor and then publish the post, so if by some case it doesn't get saved, I just reopen and paste everything back. Until it gets saved. :))

I know, right? DX Regular LJ barely works half the time anyway, so I don't see any point in them changing things...

Hmmm, maybe I'll try it again then. And you're right, copy and pasting is a LIFESAVER!!! I've actually started doing that a lot more since I lost a whole entry of mine recently. XD
